Before the husband and wife team began operating BnB Fresh, Brian worked for more than 20 years as a Chef in 4 and 5-star Hotels and a Royal Crested restaurant in London. It’s this industry experience that means Brian knows and understands the importance of quality fresh produce for every Chef and hospitality business owner.

During her childhood, Nicole’s family owned and operated properties in Christmas Creek, Beaudesert. Following her years as a Retail Manager for Myer, Country Road and Sales Manager for Harrods, London, Nicole is meticulous, detail-focused and values presentation. Nicole is that friendly smiling face offering incredible customer service at the other end of the phone.

Growing up working in his parent’s fruit and vegetable market and farms in the Northern Territory and Beaudesert means Brian knew his Pink Ladies from his Granny Smiths from a young age. As an Apprentice Chef at just 18 years of age, Brian started his first fruit and vegetable wholesaling business. Brian began sourcing and supplying his workplace with their fruit and vegetables by visiting the Brisbane Markets each morning, buying, and then delivering back to the Hotel. These early days afforded Brian many strong and trusted relationships with suppliers at the Markets.

As a qualified Chef, Brian set off overseas to explore the world, it’s cuisines, experiences and amazing restaurants. On his return to Brisbane, and working in a 4-Star Hotel, Brian would take all his new apprentices on a tour of the Brisbane Markets so they had a good understanding of what it means to buy and cook with quality produce - and also a great opportunity to catch up with all his old suppliers.

Operating out of our BnB Fresh warehouse at Rocklea, means we are able to source our products directly from local farms and the Brisbane Markets with little transport time. We pride ourselves on supplying our customers with the freshest fruit, vegetables, herbs, eggs and juices available.

Our priority is to support Australian farmers, with 95% of our produce coming directly from Aussie farms. When produce is out of Australian season, we import from New Zealand, Italy and the USA to meet the needs of our customers.

As a family owned and operated business, the ethical treatment of the chickens is important to us, making sure we source from reputable farms with the highest quality and ethical practises.

The freshest of herbs add flavour to your meals. We source our herbs daily from Aussie farms straight into your kitchen.

BnB Fresh’s warehouse out at Rocklea has been developed to incorporate the requirements as set by the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) program.

We are HACCP certified, and have a fleet of newly refrigerated trucks and cold rooms complementing our facility to ensure absolute freshness at point of delivery.

Our team is onsite long before the sun rises each morning to ensure we are ripe and ready to pick and pack your order and have it swiftly on board our trucks and to your kitchen as soon as possible.
