When will my order be delivered?
Home Delivery orders delivery days are Monday to Friday and based on your location. Click here to find out what day we deliver to your area. Your order will be delivered on the next available delivery date to your area.

For example if live in Greenslopes and place your order on a Tuesday, it will be delivered on the following Thursday.

Do you have a minimum spend?
Our minimum spend for delivery is $40.

Do I need to be at home for delivery?
No, all our Home Delivery boxes are left at your front door or as detailed in your delivery instructions at the time of order.

If your delivery address is in a gated community or secured apartment complex, we will not deliver your order unless it can be left securely.  We ask that you are available to meet us to collect your order or provide remote access.  Please provide details in your delivery instructions and we will call you on approach to arrange access.

What happens to my order if it falls on a Public Holiday?
If your order falls on a Public Holiday, we will deliver to you the day following the public holiday.

Do you deliver on weekends?
No, BnB Fresh operates in line with the Brisbane Markets, delivering Monday to Friday to ensure we deliver the freshest produce. BnB Fresh, like the Brisbane Markets, are closed on weekends and public holidays.

What is your Home Delivery fee and card fee?
Our BnB Fresh Delivery charge of $13.00 applies for each Home Delivery order throughout Greater Brisbane, this fee includes a card fee.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes.  Orders are packed between 2:00am and 5:00am.  Cut off time is 5:00am.  Please phone the warehouse on (07) 3848 0506 to advise.

Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, you can set an advance date for your order on your suburb’s delivery day.

Can I set up a standing order?
Yes, you can set up a “set & forget” order that will come to you every given time period and automatically charge your assigned credit/debit card. This options is only available with our Fresh Boxes.

Can I pause, skip or cancel my standing order?

Can I order for friends and/or family members that do not live with me?
Yes.  We can deliver an order for your family and friends. Please specify their delivery address in the delivery instructions section when placing your order.

How do you deliver my order?
All orders are delivered in a refrigerated vehicle to meet HAACP certified standards.

Who is the BnB Fresh partner for online card payments?
We accept online credit/debit payments through the Shopify payment gateway.

Is my personal & payment information secure?
Customer’s credit card transactions will be handled through Shopify. BnB Fresh is committed to protecting your personal & payment information.

Do you accept cash on delivery?
No, all Home Delivery orders must be paid for online at the time of order submission.

Can I still place an order, if I am self-isolating or in quarantine due to COVID-19?

Yes. We are happy to still deliver as a “knock and drop” order, and wear appropriate masks & gloves. Please ensure you detail your requirements in the delivery instructions section when placing your order.

Can I send a Home Delivery box as a gift?
Yes. These are the ideal housewarming, birthday, wedding, sympathy and get well gift. Use your recipients delivery address at checkout and if you would like to leave a message please leave this in the delivery notes section.
